Hi, I'm Leah.
Nutritionist and Personal Trainer in St Ives, Cornwall.
I am a clinical nutritionist (ANutr, MSc) and personal trainer with a love of food and the outdoors. You'll most likely find me lifting weights, running the coastal path or in the kitchen.

I work with people who want to live life to the fullest, but feel held back by their health or mobility. I don't do restrictive diets, gruelling workouts or body shaming. We focus on longevity, strength, and finding joy in movement so you can thrive.


Why trust me?
I graduated with a Masters degree in nutrition in 2020, and qualified as a personal trainer in the same year. I knew I'd have the most impact if I could help with both food and fitness!
I have spent five years working with NHS patients, delivering specialist diabetes and weight management programmes, and more recently with patients prescribed weight loss medication (such as Mounjaro). I also have experience delivering 1:1 personal training both on the gym floor and online.

Nutrition Coaching
Learn how to fuel your body to feel your best. Realistic, science-backed guidance, without restrictive meal plans or calorie obsession.
We'll work together to find practical ways to optimise your blood sugar, heart health, and energy levels while keeping the foods that you love.

1:1 Personal Training
Tailored movement sessions focused entirely on you. We will work at your pace to build your strength, improve your mobility, and protect your joints so you can enjoy everyday life. Sessions take place in a local gym with a wide range of equipment, whatever your goals.

Small Group Classes
Fun, friendly, and welcoming movement sessions to help you build confidence in the gym. Coming soon: Women's Lifting Club - a chance to get to grips with lifting weights in a supportive, low pressure environment.
