Hi, I'm Leah.
Nutritionist and Personal Trainer in St Ives, Cornwall.
I am a clinical nutritionist (ANutr, MSc) and personal trainer with a love of food and the outdoors. You'll most likely find me lifting weights, running the coastal path or in the kitchen.
I work with people who want to live life to the fullest, but feel held back by their health or mobility. I don't do restrictive diets, gruelling workouts or body shaming. We focus on longevity, strength, and finding joy in movement so you can thrive.
We measure success based on what is most important to you - can you play with your kids without pain? Can you confidently prepare a meal that nourishes the whole family? Can you freely do what you love, like exploring the coastal path or swimming in the sea?


Why trust me?
I graduated with a Masters degree in nutrition in 2020, and qualified as a personal trainer in the same year. I knew I'd have the most impact if I could help with both food and fitness!
I have spent five years working with NHS patients, delivering specialist diabetes and weight management programmes, and more recently with patients prescribed weight loss medication (such as Mounjaro). I also have experience delivering 1:1 personal training both on the gym floor and online.
Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis (like Type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure), managing your health alongside weight-loss medications, or simply looking to protect your joints and mobility as you get older, I provide safe, expert guidance you can trust.
